On the head side of the coin, there is portrait of King Rama IX, on the tails side we have the Royal coat of arms of His Majesty. Running around the edge of these both sides of the coin. We can read the words “Phrabat Somdet Phra Paraminthara Maha Bhumibol Adulyadej Thailand” and “An Auspicious Occasion Royal Ceremony of the 80th years old of King Bhumibol Adulyadej 5th December 2007 20 Baht” in Thai, obviously.
