On the head side of the coin, there is portrait of King Rama IX, on the tails side we have the Symbol of National Research Council of Thailand. Running around the edge of these both sides of the coin. We can read the words “Phrabat Somdet Phra Paraminthara Maha Bhumibol Adulyadej Reign IX” and “50th years anniversary of National Research Council of Thailand 28th October 2009 Thailand 10 Baht” in Thai, obviously.
