ด้านหน้ามีพระบรมสาทิสลักษณ์ สมเด็จพระบรมโอสาธิราช สยามมงกุฎราชกุมาร(รัชกาลที่ 10 ปัจจุบัน) เป็นประธาน ริมขอบเหรียญจารึกว่า “สมเด็จพระบรมโอสาธิราช เจ้าฟ้ามหาวชิราลงกรณ สยามมกุฎราชกุมาร”
ด้านหลังเป็นพระราชลัญจกรประจำพระองค์ มีพระมหามงกุฎเปล่งรัศมีโดยรอบ เหนืออักษร “มวก” ใต้ลงมาจารึกว่า “๑0 บาท” รอบริมเหรียญจารึกว่า ”เฉลิมพระชนมายุ ๓๖ พรรษา ๒๘ กรกฎาคม ๒๕๓๑” ขนาดเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลาง 32.00 มิลลิเมตร ชนิด นิกเกิล จำนวนที่ผลิต 200,000 เหรียญ

On the head side of the coin, there is portrait of HRH crown prince of Siam, on the tail side, we have the royal emblem of HRH Crown Prince, under which is “10 Baht”. Running around the edge of this side. “We can read the words “Somdet Phra Borom Osathriraj Choa Fa Maha Vajiralongkorn Sayam Makutrajakumran” and “Cerebrating 36th years old 28 July 1988” in Thai obviously.
