ด้านหลังเป็นรูปตราสัญลักษณ์โรงพยาบาลศิริราช มีข้อความจารึกว่า “๑00ปี โรงพยาบาลศิรราช ๑0บาท ๒๖ เมษายน ๒๕๓๑ ประเทศไทย”
