ด้านหน้ามีพระบรมสาทิสลักษณ์ พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวภูมิพลอดุลยเดช ผินพระพักรไปทางด้านซ้ายของเหรียญเป็นประธาน ริมขอบเหรียญจารึกว่า“ภูมิพลอดุลยเดช รัชกาลที่๙”
ด้านหลังเป็นภาพตราสัญลักษณ์ งานกล้วยไม้อาเซียนครั้งที่ 6 เป็นรูปหน้าจั่วไทย ใต้ลงมาเป็นเลข 6ขนาดใหญ่ ข้างในเลขนี้ มีตรา อาเซียน จารึกว่า “Bangkok Thailand 1986” ด้านซ้ายของตัวเลขนี้ มีรุปดอกกล้วยไม้ ถัดลงมามีอักษรโรมันว่า SIXTH ASIAN ORCHID CONGRESS รอบขอบเหรียญจารึกว่า งานกล้วยไม้อาเซียนครั้งที่6 “๑0 บาท” และ “10 บาท” ๗-๑๔ พฤศจิกายน ๒๕๒๙ ประเทศไทย.

Ten Baht coin commemorating the 6th Asian Orchid Congress
On the heads side of the coin, there is a portrait of King Rama IX and, on the tails side, we have the symbol of Sixth Asian orchid Congress: a picture of a Thai Gable, under which is "6" in roman numerals. Inside this number, there is the emblem of Asia with an inscription reading "Bangkok Thailand 1986"; alongside it, we see the words "SIXTH ASIAN ORCHID CONGESS". Running around the edge of this side, we can read the words “Bhumibol Aduladej Reign IX” and "Sixth Asian Orchid Congress 10 Baht 4-7 November 1986 Thailand” in Thai, obviously.
