ด้านหน้ามีพระบรมสาทิสลักษณ์ พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวภูมิพลอดุลยเดชและพระบาทสมเด็จพระจุลจอมเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว เป็นประธาน ริมขอบเหรียญด้านล่างมีพระราชลัญจกรประจำมหาราชวงศ์จักรีประดับด้วยลายกนกทั้งสองด้านและมีอักษรระบุว่า “รัชกาลที่ ๕ รัชกาลที่๙”
ด้านหลังเป็นรูปตัวตึกกรมบัญชีกลางดั้งเดิมในพระบรมมหาราชวัง เหนือตึกเป็นตรานกวายุพักร์ ข้างใต้จารึกว่ากรมบัญชีกลาง รอบขอบริมเหรียญจารึกว่า ”๑00ปี กรมสารบาญชี(๒๔๓๓) กรมบัญชีกลาง(๒๕๓๓) ๑0 บาท ประเทสไทย”
