ด้านหลังมีรูปภาพพระที่นั่งจักรีมหาปราสาทในพระบรมมหาราชวัง รอบขอบเหรียญจารึกว่า “๑00 ปี สถาบันที่ปรึกษาราชการแผ่นดิน(๒๔๑๗) คณะกรรมการกฤษฎีกา(๒๕๓๗) ๑0 บาท ประเทศไทย”
