ด้านหน้ามีพระบรมสาทิสลักษณ์ พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวภูมิพลอดุลยเดชคู่กับพระบาทสมเด็จพระพระพุทธยอดฟ้าจุฬาโลกมหาราชเป็นประธาน ริมขอบเหรียญจารึกว่า “รัชกาลที่1 รัชกาลที่9”
ด้านหลังมีพระราชลัญจกรมหาราชวงศ์จักรีเป็นรูปจักรและตรีซึ่งเป็นเทพอาวุธของพระวิษณุและพระศิวะ เบื้องใต้จารึกว่า “๕ บาท”สมโภชกรุงรัตนโกสินทร์ 200ปี พ.ศ. 2525 ประเทศไทย” ขนาดเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลาง 30.00 มิลลิเมตร ชนิด นิกเกิล จำนวนที่ผลิต 5,000,000 เหรียญ
Commemorative 5 Baht coins 200th year 1982.
On the head side of the coin are Portraits of King Rama I and King Rama IX. Around rim of the coin are words “Reign I Reign IX”.
On the tail side of the coin has the emblem of the Chakri dynasty is composed of discus(Chaka) and the trident(Trisula), the celestial weapons of god Vishnu and Shiva. Beneath the emblem inscribe “5 Bath”. Around rim of the coin are words “Celebration Rattanakosin 200th year 1982 Thailand” in Thai language. Diameter is 30.00 millimeter, type nickel. Launching in year 1982. Number of mintages are 5,000,000 coins.
